Are chin implant removals cheaper or do they cost about the same as a placement?

This is highly variable depending on the type of chin implant that was put in. If a silicone implant was used, these are relatively straightforward to remove. If a MEDPOR chin implant was used, these are extremely complicated and risky to remove. With MEDPOR, the bone actually grows into the implant.
