Hello, i have recently learned that there are shallow and projected breast types. Projected being when the majority of breast tissue sits at the front, and shallow when it's more distributed across your chest and tends to look more 'flat'. I have shallow breasts and i was wondering if there was a procedure i could do to (without getting implants) redistribute the tissue to give it more volume and make them projected instead? I am a 10C, however i barely look like i have boobs.
Answer: Breast share from shallow to projection In my opinion, the only way to change the breast shape from shallow to projected is with implants. It's not recommend to use hyaluronic acid and unfortunately with fat grafting, it's very difficult to achieve a good result in regards to projection.

The other surgical approach would be a breast lift to get more breast tissue moved upwards. The issue is that over time even with implants, gravity will bring the tissue and implants downward. No woman has naturally high profile breasts. The natural shape of breasts is more pendular and moderate profile.

The look and feel of the breast after the surgery depend on different factors, one of the more important is where the prosthesis is going to be located, if is going to be in front of the muscle, behind the muscle, behind the muscle fascia. Also you need to ask the specialist where is the scar going to be? What type of prosthesis will You have? If the prostheses are certified? And have an open line of communication with your specialist. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
