Hello, i have recently learned that there are shallow and projected breast types. Projected being when the majority of breast tissue sits at the front, and shallow when it's more distributed across your chest and tends to look more 'flat'. I have shallow breasts and i was wondering if there was a procedure i could do to (without getting implants) redistribute the tissue to give it more volume and make them projected instead? I am a 10C, however i barely look like i have boobs.

You may have some capsule that is pulling on your muscles, especially in certain positions. Ultrasound might be helpful or going with smaller implants.
Implants are more reliable than fat. For your issues, please be checked for food allergies. Recent studies show that implants removed in women with BII have more heavy medal toxins in their tissues which is often related to hair dyes and tattoos and other sources of heavy medals.
If you are more deflated, then behind the muscle will give better upper breast fullness and coverage of the implants. If you need a lift, then behind the muscle helps support the weight of the implant. Behind the muscle is a better choice for most women.
