I have tight constricted breast which would be better over or under the muscle which would provide the most bounce/jiggle
Answer: Breasts Unless you have been given the actual diagnosis of tubular breasts by a physician, your breasts just may be more saggy. Behind the muscle is a better placement for both. The implants don't jiggle so much, but breast tissue does.

Answer: Tubular breasts This question is best answered after an examination and discussion of your goals. Most of the implants I place are beneath the muscle. For tubular breasts a lift is often needed along with implants for optimal results. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Tuberous breasts Dear Hepburnn, tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall. The type of surgery best for you will depend on the severity of your condition. My preferred technique for tuberous breast correction involves a multistep procedure where the breast tissue is released in a radial pattern to prevent herniation into the areola and placement of a custom implant size is in the breast to allow appropriate expansion of the breast in the restricted dimensions. This can often be done in a single procedure but sometimes may require two surgeries. That said, it is best that you visit a board-certified plastic surgeon for an in person examination. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: For tubular breasts, should I get over or under the muscle implants? The choice between getting breast implants placed over or under the muscle is a decision that should be made in consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. The choice depends on various factors, including your individual anatomy, the degree of tubular breast deformity, and your desired outcome.Tubular breasts have a unique shape characterized by a narrow base and a constricted appearance. Here are some considerations for implant placement:1.) Subglandular (Over the Muscle):• This placement is above the pectoral muscle and directly under the breast tissue.• It may be suitable for individuals with mild tubular breast deformity.• It can provide more lift and projection to the breast.2.) Submuscular (Under the Muscle):• This placement is partially or fully under the pectoral muscle.• It may be recommended for more severe tubular breast deformities because it can help conceal the constricted shape.• It may provide a more natural-looking result, especially for individuals with thin breast tissue.Your surgeon will assess your breast anatomy and discuss your aesthetic goals to determine the best placement for your breast implants. Sometimes, a combination of both over and under the muscle placement (dual-plane technique) may be recommended to achieve the desired result. It's crucial to have a thorough consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast augmentation and has experience with tubular breast correction. They can provide personalized recommendations and help you make an informed decision based on your unique situation. Additionally, discuss the potential risks, benefits, and recovery associated with each placement option to make an educated choice.

Answer: Tuberous Breast Hello and thanks for your question. Breast uplift&implant procedure is the best and most common procedure to perform in the tuberous breast case. During my practice, I prefer to perform over the muscle implant placement in the breast uplift&implant operations. Without seeing your pictures or doing the in-person consultation, it is nearly impossible to provide the precise information but breast uplift with over the muscle placement implant seems the best solution for your case.
