I had issues flagged with an overbite when I was a teen by an orthodontist and had a twin block appliance but was used too late so was suggested to go to an Orthognathic surgeon who recommended genioplasty and jaw advancement as a late teen. I went again to one two years ago who said I didn’t need anything but kept commenting on the shape of my chin (CT below) and comparing it to th vertical advancement of other patients. Do I have enough bone for genio or is an implant required? I have fillers
