Genio & chin lipo & buccal at the same time?

I'm not happy with my side profile and the fullness in my face. I'm not sure if these are the procedures that I need. Hoping to get some input regarding this, and if it is possible to get all these at the same time.

There is no doubt that liposuction of the neck and chin augmentation would change and improve your profile. However, I am not sure about buccal fat removal. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in facial surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Your side profile photograph demonstrates a recessive mandible, and fat deposits located both above and below the platysma muscle in your neck. Consider placement of a chin implant to augment your chin forward for better facial balance and proportions, in addition to better structural support for the soft tissues in your neck. You're going to require a deep neck lift procedure which accomplishes surgical extraction of the fat below the plasma muscle in addition to liposuction of the fat deposits above the muscle. No skin removal is required. these two procedures are performed through three small access incisions behind the ears and under the chin and under general anesthesia with one recovery.
