After massive weight loss, I want a fat transfer to my breasts. I like my shape, I do NOT want a lift. Is it possible? (Photos)
2.5yrs ago I weighed 137kg, now I weigh 63kg, just about to turn 34. I’ve always loved my breast shape even though it didn’t have much in the upper pole. I am finally at my goal weight and weaning off Mounjaro, but in the last 7 months my breasts have finally deflated. I intend to get all the loose skin surgeries after having kids, so assume thats 6+ years away still, and I’ll revise my breasts as part of that. I really want to get a fat transfer to my breasts now to restore some fullness without changing the shape. I’ve consulted with 1 surgeon but maybe I didn’t give him enough background info. He insisted I would need a lift (i disagree) and that we may be able to do 100-200cc fat transfer per breast. I cannot overstate how much I do not want a breast lift at this stage. My goal is to get back to some of my previous fullness while keeping my shape. Not against a little being added to the top pole area if that would help even things out but truly, I’ll take my existing breast shape even if you think it’s quite saggy just with more filling. I was told the amount of fat we can graft in depends on how much fat was there before so I’ve included before and early weight loss photos so you can see what used to be there. Please tell me there are confident, skilled surgeons who would do just fat grafting without the lift for me? Is it possible to do with what I have left? How much cc do you think we could add? Plenty of fat on my thighs, willing to travel anywhere in Aus.
