How to speed healing after J-Plasma skin rejuvenation? (Photos)

It will not heal after 12 weeks. There is significant redness around both eyes. I had sub-dermal J-Plasma - Renuvion nearly 12 weeks ago on my face (including my eyes). I reacted to the treatment (eye closed shut and intense swelling). I was prescribed steroids to help process. I still have redness around both eyes and raised scarring under the left (top lid and under eye) I have had 5 LED light treatments, several light masks with lavender oil, grape seed oil and frankincense, use Rosehip oil / honey during day and using silicone sheets at nighttime (3 weeks and counting).
