What are the potential side effects of J-plasma?

I would like to get J-plasma as a face lift substitute, but what are possible complications? Can it leave damaged skin, etc and does it actually work? If so, why is it not that popular?

Thank you for your question. The discoloration associated with lipo is usually due to hemosiderin staining of the tissue. Hemosiderin is a breakdown product of blood which can occur with bruising.
