12 weeks post op J-Plasma by Renuvion, now have these lumpy areas after. Any thoughts on what happened and how I can fix it?

I had j-plasma by Renuvion done on my abdomen 12 weeks ago. I have had tremendous improvement. However. I have these lumpy areas (no fat was removed) they sort of come and go. And then also an area with slight discoloration. Any thoughts on what happened and how I can fix it?? Going on a vacation soon and feeling uncomfortable in my bikini. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. *note: I had a hematoma above my belly button there

You said it, it was the hematoma.  Blood is very inflammatory and can create adhesions and scarring. My suggestion is time, deep massage and ultrasound therapy(like a physical therapist).It will get better with time, do not(in my opinion) have anyone re-operate on that area.Once the area is soft and flexible, try Profound RFGood luck

The lumps appear to be related to bunching of some loose skin that has tightened as a result of the J plasma.  One could try a surface radiofrequency device such as Velashape, for smoothing.  Lasers may be able to help as well.  The areas may continue to improve naturally with time as well.
