36yo, had dysport injected for 18 months and then completely stopped responding to it. Cosmetic doctor then tried 15 units of Botox into forehead, againh no response. New cosmetic doctor tried 20 units xeomin into frown 2 weeks ago, pic attached, again no response. How long should I wait before trying xeomin again? Also, what’s the best treatment in the meantime. Thinking of laser resurfacing - can you recommend the best for wrinkle prevention. I already have mesotherapy. Should I try threadlift

Hi there,
This issue of toxins not working at all or not lasting long enough has been the subject of debate and discussion since everyone got vaccinated.
We find this problem with all neuromodulators: botox, Xeomin, and Dysport. It probably has to do with the immune system post-vaccination. However, no studies are there to support this. It's only an observation amongst Cosmetic Physicians.
Fractional resurfacing for the forehead will not work as the issue is the forehead muscle which will mainly respond to a neuromodulator
I would just try retin A for prevention, give a wash-out period of 6 months, and then re-try with the toxin of your choice.

There are other products on the market that you can try.
Dysport may work and there is also Juveau as well.
Discuss with your physician.
