Alcohol consumption while on Accutane should be social, like one drink a week with dinner. Depending on how many drinks (alcohol quantity) will be consumed, the effect of alcohol on liver parameters (such as liver enzymes) can be mild (if many drinks) to none (if 1-2 drinks). I recommend waiting several days before having blood tests if alcohol consumption is heavy.
