Hi! Ive had gastric sleeve done 2 years ago and lost significant amount of weight and my butt is flatt. Looking for projection/volume. height 5'10 weight 240 pounds My weight is more in my legs. Suggestions?
Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: My recommendation Dear Caring2199, Thank you for your question. After analyzing your case I can say you're a good candidate for 360 lipo + BBL. Those procedures will give you an amazing result! Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.

Answer: I am looking to do a BBL, would I be a good candidate? I lost a significant amount of weight and I'm 5'10 and 240 lbs. (photo) Your BMI is 34.4; a BMI of 35 is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for this procedure. Losing 30 pounds or more and holding that weight constant for 3 months prior to surgery would decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance your final results. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. Discuss a weight loss and exercise program with your PCP to help you reach your weight goal.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Caring2199, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination since your photos don't show your abdomen. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: I am looking to do a BBL, would I be a good candidate? I lost a significant amount of weight and I'm 5'10 and 240 lbs. Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)
