Your BMI is 34.4; a BMI of 35 is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for this procedure. Losing 30 pounds or more and holding that weight constant for 3 months prior to surgery would decrease the risks of complications during and after surgery and enhance your final results. Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. Discuss a weight loss and exercise program with your PCP to help you reach your weight goal.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Your current BMI is 34.4 and is at the upper limit of where we would proceed with surgery. We recommend that you get as close to your ideal weight as possible prior to surgery. However, you mention that you carry most of your weight in your legs. An in-person consultation will help guide the conversation and surgery planning better.
That being said, you may have some loose skin after your procedure that may need to be removed. All of these topic should be discussed during your consultation.

Massive weight loss patients need skin surgery. You still have a ways to go with for the weight loss before being an ideal candidate for skin reduction surgery.

Skin laxity is the number one reason patients failed to be great candidates for both Liposuction and fat transfer.

Patients can still have Liposuction with her over that fat transfer being lesser candidates but should Have expectations that are dialed in correctly for their candidacy.

Weight loss = skin surgery.
