Is my skin too tight for a BBL? (Photo)

Question

My biggest concern is fat survival in a BBL. my skin is pretty tight around my thighs and butt (photo of me pinching has been inserted) . Will I be turned away from surgery because of this ? I would really like to have rounder hips and fuller butt.

Hello, thank you for your question. A physical examination is required to determine if you are a candidate for this procedure. Ideal candidates for liposuction are at or near their ideal weight and have good skin elasticity. Lipo is intended to remove stubborn pockets of fat that don’t respond to regular exercise, as the skin does need to be able to smooth back into place after the procedure is complete.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

You appear to be a very good candidate for a liposuction with BBL procedure.  It does not appear that your skin is too tight, but a physical exam would answer this question.
