Can I expect more hair growth after 6 months ops? (photos)

The results of a hair transplant surgery may take 6 to 12 months to fully appreciate.  You can try waiting another 6 months and follow up with your doctor.

6 months after the hair surgery it is really early to say the result will be good or bad but surely you will have much more growth if everything is done properly. 

6 months after surgery, you only have a feel of how the full results will be. There is still about 30-40% more growth left. The picture does not show the density of 4000 grafts yet. So you can expect more growth.

For most patients it takes 12 months for final hair transplant results. You might have a slight thickening yet to come.

I still follow the rule that full results can be seen in 12 months, but I do agree that by 6-8 months in most people about 80% of the growth has been realized. 

Results can take 3-18 months and in some cases you get no results so you are seeing good progress.  4000 FUE in one sitting is unusually high, are you sure that is the number?

You can expect hair growth starting usuall around three months and may take up to 18 months for full hair growth. unusually most hair grows around nine months after the hair transplant procedure.

Hair follicles will reawaken about 2-5 months after hair restoration procedure and they do not all awaken at once. At first the hairs will be finer then thicken over time. Most people will see full benefit at 10-12 months post surgery.

I have a general rule that one can expect 80% of the growth in 8 months.  Some people might see it earlier and a few might see it later, as we are all different. So far, the results look good.
