What could I do to improve my uneven and puffy areolas? (Photo)

My areolas are VERY different in size, I like the smaller one but the big one makes me feel so insecure. Also they are always very puffy which means I hate going without a bra and never want to show my breasts to anyone. Also the boob itself is bigger, and is already starting to look saggy even though I’m only 18! What would you suggest? Thank you!

Your situation is quite common. An areolar reduction, which is the same as a Benelli lift, will help a lot. You could either do a small breast reduction on the larger breast or fat grafting on the smaller one.

Look worse than the issue you currently have. I would advise against surgery. Of course there are many plastic surgeons who would perform surgery and they would not be wrong. Just consider the scars.
