What could I do to improve my uneven and puffy areolas? (Photo)

My areolas are VERY different in size, I like the smaller one but the big one makes me feel so insecure. Also they are always very puffy which means I hate going without a bra and never want to show my breasts to anyone. Also the boob itself is bigger, and is already starting to look saggy even though I’m only 18! What would you suggest? Thank you!

Your situation is quite common. An areolar reduction, which is the same as a Benelli lift, will help a lot. You could either do a small breast reduction on the larger breast or fat grafting on the smaller one.

A large number of women have some sort of breast asymmetri  (around 60-80%)  which is regarded as normal  never the less surgery can be preformed to try and make them more symmetrical and in your case would be do reduce the areolar size of the left side and reduce the size of the breast to try and get to match the right side . This would leave a scar around the left nipple and in the midline (lolly pop breast lift or mastopexy)
