I have puffy areolas that fluctuate in size a lot! They look great when I am cold/stimulated/shrink down especially because you can see my breast fold. However when at rest they are puffy and way to large and fall below my breast fold. If I get a lift + areola reduction can I still breastfeed? I feel it looks like I need a lift only when they are at rest. Could I get implants for volume and an areola reduction without a lift?

From your photos it appears you would benefit from a breast lift.  This would raise the position of the nipple and remove excess skin.  The areola would be reduced as part of this surgery.  If more volume was desired, an implant can be added as well.  An implant alone will not lift the breasts.

After reviewing your photos, I would recommend a breast lift procedure that would help to reduce the size of your areola and make them less "puffy" but also elevate your breast tissues to give you a more perky appearance. Adding an implant can give your a bigger breast size and also help with your upper pole fullness. Alternatively, fat grafting can be done if you are looking for a more modest size increase but will still provide you with improved upper pole fullness and cleavage. An areola reduction is often a component of a breast lift (mastopexy), based on your photos, It seems like you can benefit from a breast lift to achieve a perkier appearance, this will reduce the size of your areolas as well. When a breast lift is performed, the nipple areola complex is repositioned and will remain attached to the breast tissue. So it wouldn't affect your ability to breast feed. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
