Dr. Lett was very thorough with his consultations in making sure that my husband and I understood all of our options for my situation. Dr. Lett has performed 2 of my prior reconstruction surgeries from lumpectomy's, one in 2015 & one in 2017, and I was just telling my husband that you know you have a great Dr. when he has the same staff that he had when I went in for my very first visit in 2015!

I had the procedure performed due to concerns about uneven skin texture and pore size. I also had some mild scarring from acne. So far, I have been very satisfied with the results. The downtime was minimal (about 4-5 days for complete recovery) and I consider the procedure to have been a worthy investment. I already have a noticeable improvement in my skin texture and I anticipate that my skin will continue to improve over the next 3 to 6 months. I would highly suggest this procedure

I had my surgery yesterday, they told me everything went good. Surgery center where I had it done was very good. I had along night with vomiting and pain. Getting up and down is painful. Itching has started and had terrible headache all night. May be because of an the is is. Not used to taking anything but ibophrin or Tylenol. Still taking pain medication they sent me home with. Not feeling good yet just took more pain meds expect ing rough day. Post more later. Updated

I have had injections at other places, and have never felt so comfortable and confident in the practitioner. Dr. Lett took plenty of time to explain my options and regularly asked for my opinion throughout the procedure. The end result was very natural looking, but definitely rejuvenated. I may go back in a week for a little more, but I wanted to let everything settle in first.

Updated on 15 May 2014: My Android phone does not like RS. Boo on the phone. I wanted to post more, but could not get my phone to cooperate. So here it is: I am a 46 year old mother of 2, ages 11 & 13. They will be a big help during my recovery. They're pretty self-sufficient and already do things when they're asked (mostly, lol). October 2011 a peacemaker was implanted after I passed out while driving and a diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome was given. November 2012
Not recommended
Do not recommend. Dr Lett did a very poor job on me. This was the opinion of 2 other well know plastic surgeons. Spent thousands to have my breast reconstructed by another plastic surgeon. Overall horrible experience.
