Hate my bulbous nose. How can I reduce its size?

 A closed rhinoplasty approach can address reduction of the bulbous tip. To reduce the bulbous tip requires suture techniques and a conservative cartilage removal applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. Thank you for the photos. If your skin is thin as you have mentioned then most of the volume is due to hypertrophy of the cartilage. Defatting is not the answer to a bulbous tip. There is little fat there. Its just that the skin is thick and the cartilages are not visible as in a refined looking nose.Raising the upper bridge height, starting at the radix, will give the appearance of a better balanced nose, while  in surgery, the alar cartilages, if thick and robust, may be narrowed to reduce the thickness of the tip.
