Why are my eyes aging so rapidly and what can I do about it? (Photo)

TBH
I am 39 and had no wrinkles and minimal crow's feet until a few months ago. I used a rotating facial brush too close to my eye area and the next day I had small whitehead pimple-like bumps all around my eyes. They went away in a few days, but after that my eyes declined rapidly, seemingly overnight. Should I consider an eye lift? I need something more permanent than a filler and for the amount of times I'd have to get 'retouched,' I don't find them cost-effective at all. Please help!!
