TCA chemical peels for lower eyelid can be very effective and with excellent results. Also Fractional CO2 is another really excellent option for lower eyelid wrinkles. Neurotoxin also can soften the appearance of the crows feet and prevent them to form with smiles.  

The facial brush incident didn't help, but also was not the cause of the aging.  This is usually genetic, and worsened by sun exposure and smoking.  But in some people it just happens at a young age since the skin is so thin here.  You would benefit from a lower lid blepharoplasty and some laser resurfacing to improve the skin texture.   An upper lid blepharoplasty and possible temporal browlift would also help.

Despite your younger age your photos show evidence of problems causing a sad tired look. This is one area where many people begin showing signs of aging. Your brow has signs of ptosis (sagging) and there appears to be excess upper lid skin as well. Your lower lid seems to have laxity of skin and underlying muscle but not significant fat protrusion. I think you would benefit from a combination of conservative browlifting (modified browlift) and upper and lower blepharoplasty. The good news is that your young age the results will last many years.

An eyelid lift can help with cleaning up some of the loose skin and the herniated lower lid fat. Best to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.

Sadly, facial ageing starts around your eyes.You can start with botox and fillers that will rejuvenate your eye area and take care of wrinkles. If you dont like the results you always have the option of having upper and lower eyelid surgery. I think you are a good candidate and will get good results with either surgical or non surgical options. See a Plastic Surgeon.Hope this helps

TBH, based solely on your photos which I'm sorry to say are not the best, I would be recommending a "SOOF lift blepharoplasty" and possibly an endoscopic brow lift; hard to say from your photos. We do tend to age in spurts so hard to say if your facial brushing incident was to blame. See a spcialist and do your homework. Good luck!

 The primary goal of upper eyelid surgery is to remove the hooded excess skin and a small amount of fatty deposits. The incision is located in the upper eyelid crease and the surgery lifts the skin up off of the eyelashes. The primary goal lower eyelid surgery is to remove the fatty deposits creating the puffiness in the lower lids  through a trans-conjunctival approach. If there is any excess skin noted on the lower lids at rest( not animation) ,then a pinch technique of excess skin can be removed and closed with tissue glue. You definitely may have traumatized the eyelid skin and this can cause some creepiness and wrinkling of the skin but I also think you may have inherited some eye features that make you looked tired and older. You would definitely benefit from an upper lid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin. On your lowers it looks like you have some puffiness and excess skin and a lower lid blepharoplasty could be considered. Its hard to tell exactly from your photos but I would recommend seeing an eyelid expert to help learn about options other than filler. Best of luck.

Hello, and thanks for your question.I know it feels like it's overnight, but it is just that suddenly aging effects come into your awareness ,and then that's all you see.In my opinion, you need to get a professional face-to-face consultation, so that the treatments you choose are a combination of what you think you want (your preferences, like, dislikes, budget), and what the Plastic Surgeon recommends are realistic options to give you appropriate results for your eyes.That way you arm yourself with the knowledge to help you make appropriate decisions.Although it would appear an eyelid tuck would be an option for you, you need the full assessment to be sure.
