31 years old, is this an early Malar bag? Should I do any kind of procedure in the future? (photos)

I'm sorry for the pictures, they are low quality, in reality it's quite more visible. Nobody has those in my family, I can safely say that they are due to heavy smoking and the lack of water. I stopped both, and i'd like to know what kind of impact it could have? Can i hope to see them go away in any way? If not what kind of procedure would be appropriate in the future? (in a few years at least of course)

Smoking is never good for us.  It may not resolve the festoon but it is very good for your overall health.  Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to fill in around the festoon.  There are other procedures for address these but they involve complex mid face surgery that is not standard and only a handful of surgeons in the world are really able to address these issues reliably.

It does appear that you have early malar bags that are forming.  Unlike lower eyelid bags, malar bags (or festoons) are not the result of volume deficiency, but are the result of skin laxity in this area.  Filling your cheeks with filler to de-emphasize the bag is one way to "get rid" of it, and may help soften the appearance of the bags.  If you want to eliminate the malar bag instead of hiding it, you need to treat the skin.  A good way to do with is with a series of fractionated laser treatments that will help tighten the skin in this area and, effectively, "erase" the malar bag.

It does appear that you have a very mild malar bag. You could consider dermal fillers to add volume to the tear trough area between your lower eyelids and upper cheeks. This is a temporary, but economical solution. As you become older, surgery may be required to smooth out the  lower eyelid area. Thank you for sharing your photos and question. Best wishes.
