My right eyebrow is raised higher than my left eyebrow. Am I a candidate for blepharoplasty surgery? (photo)

My right eyebrow is raised higher than my left eyebrow..and in some cases my left eyebrow raised too... i think there is excessive skin on both eyelids ..can i make blepharoplasty ? And will it make my eyebrow looks normal again ?

Asymmetrical brow

You appear to have a very specific presentation of right upper eyelid droop 
(ptosis).  This is accompanying by the eyebrow elevation on the same side.  
Please see an experienced surgeon skilled in addressing this problem.  Most 
likely you would require bilateral upper blepharoplasty with correction of 
ptosis.

Thanks for your question.Your Right upper eyelid is weak and droopy, a condition called ptosis ( pronounced TOE - SIS)As a result your brain tells your forehead muscle to work overtime to help open up your eyelid.The raised eyebrow is a consequence of that.You should see a Plastic Surgeon who can help you with the surgery and usually both eyelids are done at the same time. The eyebrow will come back to a normal position in 3- 6 months once the ptosis is corrected surgically.Hope this helps

Often when one brow is raised more than the other it is compensating for a droop in the eyelid.   You need a full evaluation by an oculoplastic surgeon to determine if you need ptosis surgery and possible blepharoplasty.
