This surgical option is really not advisable, since it can cause double vision and many other problems. But it is the treatment for enophthalmos ( deep set eyes). The best treatment for you , I believe would be fillers around the eye. That is much safer and the results are very comparable.

Smoking is never good for us.  It may not resolve the festoon but it is very good for your overall health.  Hyaluronic acid fillers can be used to fill in around the festoon.  There are other procedures for address these but they involve complex mid face surgery that is not...
