I am 32. Looking to have ear surgery for just my left ear. (It is bigger/protruding out more than right). My goal is to have the ear slightly pinned back and the ear lobe reduced in size. Is this a relatively straightforward procedure? I'm planning on going to Mexico for this and am finding it a little daunting choosing a surgeon. What qualifications should I look for?
