I had a lower facelift with an earlobe reduction 6 months ago and of my earlobes looks terribly wrong. I also have tightness and some pain around my ears still. One of the earlobes has a VERY thin spot of tissue and it looks terrible. I waited 6 months hoping things would improve and they haven't. I'm not sure if anything can be done?

You could have an earlobe reduction with possible pinning the ear back if necessary but it’s really not that noticeable. If you’d like to be seen by my office, feel free to reach out. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455
It's possible that the stiffness and protrusion in the area above your earlobes could be due to scar tissue or undissolved sutures from your otoplasty procedure. While it's important to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to determine the specific cause and best course of treatment...
It would be difficult to give you good answer based on these photos. Revision otoplasty may sometimes be very difficult to perform. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in otoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.
