Difficult to tell from your photos but I don’t think a lateral canthoplasty is in your best interest. You need an in person consultation or better photos to determine the best course of action for your under eyes. Best to see an eyelid expert.

This photo is a little zoomed out and not front on so it's hard to tell, but you don't need a lateral canthoplasty (your lateral canthus is exactly where it should be) based on this photo and also it does not look like you would need a lower bleph either. I'm not sure what you think makes them look tired/unflattering as they look fine to me, but again this could be due to the angles.
