What's wrong with my right eye? (Photo)

Hello, i really like my right eye (which is left on my own view) do i have some sort of puffiness or bulginess? I really cant pin point it my eyes have been the most area that depresses me and i really want to find a solution. I began to accept my eyes but at least i want to make the other eye as symmetrical. Please help

You would benefit most from volume into your superior sulcus (hollow area above your lids). This would involve either fat grafting or filler. This is a very difficult area to treat and you need to find someone comfortable in the procedure.

Very possible but we would need an “in person” examination for a more definitive answer. It would be best to go to a board certified plastic surgeon with a good eye for the best outcome. Best of luck !
