I had a transconjuctival lower bleph 9 months ago where way too much fat was removed. My face now looks much older and my eyes are oddly big and round with a bit of sclera show. I read online that eyelid retraction happens mainly due to removing too much skin but this wasn't done for me. if i push the little remaining fat below my eyes upwards my eyes look like before. So I am wondering whether there is any chance to restore my old eye shape by grafting far? Thanks!!
