What are my options for minimizing the appearance of hollow eyes besides a fat transfer and filler? (photos)

I have had filler here before but to be honest I don't really want to keep getting those. I have heard fat transfer can settle strangely and is unpredictable aswell in how it acts long term so I am not convinced by that either. Anything else I could do?

An alternative option is a transconjunctival blepharoplasty which is performed from the back of the lower eyelid  so no external scar. The fat pockets are not removed but conserved and redraped over the  tear trough. This means the existing lower eyelid  fat is shifted in position to fill the hollow area.

Mid face volume augmentation can be created with the use of implants, a mid-facelift, fillers, or fat grafting.
Fillers are precise, predictable, and forgiving if you don’t like the outcome. That transfer is a bit the opposite of that. Fat transfer is unpredictable, and precise, and can be unforgiving if you don’t like the outcome.
If there was a better solution, we would all be doing it.
In regards to fillers, there are different products available some that have better longevity than others.
Radiesse offers good value with better lasting results than HA fillers.
Implants are used to be more common before the advent of quality, fillers, and the popularity of fat grafting. Mid face lifts were common in the 1990-2000’s and are still sometimes performed. The recovery, after a mid facelift, can lead to bruising and swelling for quite a while.
Check out the work done at using Fillers by Dr. David Mabrie in San Francisco. His website has hundreds of before and after pictures showing what can be achieved using fillers alone. His work is some of the best I’ve seen using only fillers.
