What surgery should I get to correct the appearance of my chin? What is the average cost? (Photo)

Xtinaholder
My chin is fleshy and the overlying soft tissue is disproportionately larger than the underlying bone. When I smile, my chin pad pulls downward creating a "witch’s chin" deformity. The chin elongates and a deepened submental crease develops. (hyperdynamic chin pad ptosis). I have seen many options to correct my chin: - submental excision, flesh removal, & tuck - sliding genioplasty - chin augmentation: implant to support weak/under-developed chin.
