My face is weirdly structured and does not look aesthetically pleasing. Will chin implants help with this? If not, what procedure(s) should I consider getting?

A chin implant will not improve your lower facial balance. A reduction genioplasty will reduce the projection and make your face more balanced.

I suggest consulting with oral surgeons in your community to get a quality assessment and better understanding of your facial skeletal dynamics.
Your chin does not need augmentation.
If anything you need a chin reduction.
Your chin is overly projected.
At the same time your mandible is short in the body of the mandible, causing both a mandible that is too small and too long at the same time just in different areas.
