Can I get a mastopexy at the same time as implants?

Some plastic surgeons are more conservative than others and don’t like performing mastopexy and augmentation at the same time. Rarely, there are patients that for one reason or another would likely have complications if both operations are performed at this same time, but again, this isn’t very common.
You could always get a second opinion from a different surgeon, and make sure you are seeing surgeons who perform simultaneous mastopexy and augmentation quite often, because some surgeons rarely perform this operation.
