At a consult the doctor said he wouldnt do implants at the same time as mastopexy because of circulation. He said after I heal and decide I want implants the tissue would be healthier. Why would this be? Other docs said they could do both and I am just trying to make the best decision . Any thoughts-Thank you!

Measurements are needed to be certain, but I think the vertical lift would do a much better good and keep a pretty natural shape. You can use makeup to cover scars. Some peri-areolar lifts, which are not full lifts, stretch the areolae out and flatten the breasts.
