I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Pain from capsular contractures generally occurs in advanced grade conditions. Your photos do not suggest this is present, but photos alone cannot provide a definitive diagnosis. Your planned visit to your primary care physician is appropriate to seek other causes of the pain. An ultrasound and possibly a mammogram may be indicated depending on your age. An evaluation by your original surgeon would also be appropriate. If he or she is not available, then a consultation with another board-certified plastic surgeon would be recommended.

Your pocket may have torn some in your sleep. Do see a plastic surgeon, but wear a good supporting bra for now. You may need to wear a bra to sleep for a while.

Breast pain is fairly common, and most women will have on and off breast pain at some point throughout their life.
The first sign of a capsular contraction is that your implant feels firm.
Think of an extreme capsule contraction as the implant feeling like a hard tennis ball.
The process is usually fairly gradual. Squeeze one implant compared to the other if they feel nice and soft then you don’t have capsular contraction.
Capsular contraction typically don’t become painful until they are fairly severe.
