I want a lift and I believe that I want round saline implants.(I am afraid of the implants rupturing and not knowing if they have ruptured or not as well as the higher capsular contracture rate with the silicone and gummy bear/silicone implants) I don’t want a natural look. I don’t want my boobs to sag. I want them to be perky, big and round. I am 5’1, currently 157 pounds and am going to be loosing 20 pounds. I have attached pictures of what my boobs look like currently.
Answer: Silicone implants would provide the wanted result Saline implants can be done however, I'd recommend silicone implants. Silicone implants are not like they used to be and they are form stable. Saline stable can get deformed easily. Since you want big, perky and round result, mastopexy with silicone round high profile implants would provide the wanted result.

Answer: Breast implants Dear Melxx101, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: What size of implants I think the best way to proceed for you is to get to a board-certified plastic surgeon who can perhaps use sizers or computer analysis to help you choose a size. It seems your breasts are of different volumes, and you may very well need two different sizes of implants, or breast tissue resection for symmetry.

Answer: Breast augmentation Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Choosing the right implant for each patient is highly individual. You may be able to achieve that rounded, voluminous, perky result that you want without any additional procedure but an in person evaluation may be better to give you the best insight. If you have no meaningful ptosis, then you will not need a formal lift procedure.
