Voluma for more dimension in an Asian face?

Without photos, it’s difficult to say for sure what would work for you. I would caution you that these are very high risk areas in that there are a lot of blood vessels that connect to blood vessels that supply the eye. So make sure you only go to a very high skilled and experienced  board-certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon who performs the procedures themselves and  will give you a better idea of what needs to be done so you get the improved and balanced look you want with minimal side effects. 

Adding dimension to your face involves adding to the bone contour, so I would generally prefer Voluma or Restylane Lyft. Typically Asians need the tear trough and midface volumized. I would not recommend volumizing the zygomatic arch or jaw line, which is more appropriate for a European face.

Volume and contouring of the forehead, chin and nose can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm). I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert to go over your desired results and recommendations. Best, Dr. Emer
