I have noticed that I have facial asymmetry, especially in my lips. What is the best way to proceed?

My cheekbones are asymmetrical along with my eyes. I have had braces in the past, but have not worn my retainers since. I'm concerned this is more of a jaw issue. Anyways, my biggest conern is my lips, which look very off and asymetrical. I am wondering what is the best, permanent solution with low risks to fix this issue. Thank you

You need to wait until the filler has dissolved before undergoing a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Hello, I think you have a nice result! However, occasional revisions of a lip lift are sometimes indicated. Better your surgeon was appropriately conservative than dealing with an over resection. I would go back and talk it over with them.
