Is my top lip over filled? I'm considering a lip lift instead (Photo)

I recently got 1.5mL filler in my lips. I have a pretty small upper lip and was wondering if the top lip is overfilled. I like the projection of my lips so much more now in my profile but I don’t know if the ridge above my lip is indicative of over filling or not. I’m considering a lip lift instead.
