Hey there! The scar from your lip lift looks reasonable, but to make it better I recommend a fractional CO2 laser. This is much better than microneedling. My favorite brand is the Cool Peel laser (Tetra by Deka), so find someone in your area who has that and give it a shot. It usually takes 3-4...

Your upper lip appears quite full, in fact more than your lower lip. The distance between your nose and upper lip appears short. I do not think you would be a good candidate for a lip lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
