Hi, My nasolable angle is too large. I considered a lip lift but have been told on numerous occasions that my lips are too thin for this — that it would likely look unnatural in the middle. I have also been recomended vermillion advancement: would this be able to decrease my nasolabial angle and create a better lip look? I’m concerned this might look uncanny on a man. Many thanks!

Answer: Impact of Vermilion Advancement on Nasolabial Angle and Lip Aesthetics
You need to wait until the filler has dissolved before undergoing a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Hello,
I think you have a nice result! However, occasional revisions of a lip lift are sometimes indicated. Better your surgeon was appropriately conservative than dealing with an over resection. I would go back and talk it over with them.
