Can you get a lip lift and fix a hanging columella at the same time?

I had a Rhinoplasty a year ago and my Columella has lowered since then. I am interested in a lip lift now, can I fix my Columella at the same time as a lip lift?

Your upper lip appears quite full, in fact more than your lower lip. The distance between your nose and upper lip appears short. I do not think you would be a good candidate for a lip lift. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
