Asymmetrical ears - is it possible to fix them? (Photo)

Did otoplasty 1,5 years ago and have almost regret it because my ears got a bit uneven. Is it ever possible to fix them to look some better. They are not the same shape but do you think it still is possible? It is the right ear I don’t like
