Can my ear contour be corrected to more rounded? (Photo)

Hello, I have an insecurity particularly about my left ear as it is more prominent than my right ear. I wondered if the point of my ear the excess cartilage could be removed and contoured to make it more rounded. I also wanted an opinion on the areas which would need correcting to give ma natural and lasting appearance.
