Should I get one or both of my ears operated on? (Photo)

When I was a kid, I had fairly normal looking ears. At some point in my life, they became very asymmetrical. I’m not sure whether one or both of them need to be operated on. I will attach two pictures of myself to this question. One of my ears today and another of what they looked like when I was a a child.

That said, there is a bit of relaxation of somebody's otoplasty results, between 2 to 4 mm, during the first year of healing. If there is a significant amount of asymmetry between your right ear and your left ear, you may consider re-asking your question with both ears in the photograph. I hope...
