Asymmetrical ears after otoplasty 1.5 years ago. Would it be hard to fix? (photo)

Had ear surgery 1.5 years ago and since then have found my ears to be a bit uneven. What do you think? Would it be hard to fix? Also think that the right ear looks as bad as it did before. Could that be the reason for the asymmetry?
