Is there anything that can be done about deep tissue cheek ptosis? Only 27 yo

Miss Mann
I've had facial lymphedema and subsequent drainage massage which both have stretched and left my facial tissues sagging. I've been recommended facial implants and facelifts but worry that the ptosis is in the very deepest layer of tissue, the muscles of the cheek. I don't have much loose skin, so I think it's the muscle layer not the skin. Do the muscles of the face sag or is it mainly the skin and fat deposits? How do I deal with this if facelifts don't address the deepest layer?
