The combination of a chin implant and simultaneous liposuction should provide a similar result to your projection. You are likely a good candidate for both.

A customized chin implant can improve the side profile, add definition to the jawline, and bring the facial proportions into balance.

While no outcome can be guaranteed, neck contouring with a chin implant will be likely to get you close to the after photo. it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like your expectations are realistic. Your computer image photograph does appear realistic. Placement of a small chin implant can augment the chin forward which will give you better structural support for the soft tissues in the neck. Liposuction alone will only give you minimal improvement, since you're probably fat deposits located below the platysma muscle in your neck. To get the jawline that you are looking for, will require a surgical neck lift which includes removal of fat deposits above and below the muscle in addition to a platysma-plasty. The platysma plasty itself will give you significant jawline improvement that you're seeking.

There are two variables that determine who gets quality results when it comes to cosmetic surgery.

The first is the patient’s candidacy the second is the skill and experience of the surgeon.

Candidacy is often related to having a clear understanding of what the problem is in applying procedures that treat the primary problem.
When somebody has a small mandible in relationship to the Maxilla a few different things tend to happen. patients typically have an overbite dental occlusion, form premature double chin with a lack of jawline definition and profile pictures the upper lip typically has more forward projection than the lower lip.

The platesisma muscle drapes the neck in the more oblique fashion and this is what causes the double chin.

To treat the primary problem often means advancing the mandible. That is not the same as augmenting the Chin.

Chin augmentation will help the profile but will not change how the platysma muscle drops the neck or have any impact and dental occlusion.

Younger people do better with liposuction than older people.

As a general statement people over the age of 50 probably do better with a more formal procedure like a neck lift.

Overall your morphed pictures are reasonable but the jawline definition and double chin may not be quite as good.

The key is finding the right provider. Do that by having lots of in person consultations.

Looking at your facial structure, it seems that the chin area needs support to determine the outer frame. The work you have done is compatible with the working principle of the chin implant, a realistic expectation and a result we have received in most of my patients. Secondly, I would suggest a bichectomy for the jawline to become more pronounced. Of course, visual consultation or examination may be required to make a full decision. good luck.
