8 month old implants - Breast implants look less natural and one drooping already. Is this normal or bottoming out? (Photos)

You were not a candidate for an implant alone based on the soft tissue laxity evident in the original photos. I would have recommended a dual plane (below the muscle) pocket with a breast lift at the time of original surgery. What you are seeing now are the effects of the implant stretching the already stretched out soft tissues. You truly need to see a breast expert certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Your revisionary surgeon would include pocket change to a submuscular dual plane pocket and an anchor pattern style breast lift (with or without Galaflex for internal support).

At this time, I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Your situation about your breasts before the surgery is called breast pitosis. Your breasts stay quite lower in the chest wall with insufficient volume, the treatment plan should be a breast lift with implant. The plane above the muscle is very common and best with patients that has adequate tissue thickness, usually more than 2 cm average. For revision, we recommend to have a mini or demi projected implants with larger base width and breast lift (mastopexy).
