8 month old implants - Breast implants look less natural and one drooping already. Is this normal or bottoming out? (Photos)

29 year old woman, 120 lbs, 5’4”, implants are 8 months old, motiva ergo 215cc over the muscle - my doctor insisted i had enough breast tissue for OTM without fat transfer to cover aesthetic line. I’m wondering if this implant is too small ? is my tissue just not supporting them? or should have i gone with a different approach than what my doc recommended? thanks!

At this time, I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method.  The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.  Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Your situation about your breasts before the surgery is called breast pitosis. Your breasts stay quite lower in the chest wall with insufficient volume, the treatment plan should be a breast lift with implant. The plane above the muscle is very common and best with patients that has adequate tissue thickness, usually more than 2 cm average. For revision, we recommend to have a mini or demi projected implants with larger base width and breast lift (mastopexy).
