Hi, I had a BA in 2019 Dual Plane 300cc High Profile Round Silicone. I have never been overly happy with the outcome as did not drop and fluff as I was hoping for, leaving more fullness above the nipple than below and creating what I believe is a snoopy droop appearance with my nipples lower and saggy under pole. I did go back to surgeon within three years who said he was very happy with the results. However I do not feel they look natural. I wore a breast band above the nipple and was in a lot of pain for many months. I am a 34C, 5’5” and weigh 58kg Age 49 What do you suggest can improve the appearance whilst trying to avoid a ‘lift’ please? Would bigger implants moderate profile create a more natural look with more lower pole fullness? Or would going over the muscle be better? I really appreciate any advice you can give. Thank you for your time

Dear dreamygal00,
breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective...
At four months post op you still may see a little more settling over the next couple of months before a revision would be recommended. Massaging around the implant may help. If your surgeon retired they often have someone take over for them. You may want to schedule a visit to that surgeon...
