What would the revision process be? How much would it cost? The left breast did this not very long after surgery but I was too busy raising 4 kids. I've always been bothered by it. 20 years now. They are 250-300cc if I recall correctly. Gummy's. Under arm incision. I'm 60 now.. kids are grown, I'm single and sure would like to have normal nice naked breasts... preferably with closer together cleavage but not necessarily larger. I’m a type 1 diabetic in good control.

At four months post op you still may see a little more settling over the next couple of months before a revision would be recommended. Massaging around the implant may help. If your surgeon retired they often have someone take over for them. You may want to schedule a visit to that surgeon...
I would do both, go down in profile and in size, since you think your breasts are too large. Find a photo of breast that you do like and show your surgeon.
