Answer: Symmastia and breast deformity It looks that too large implants are the reason for current condition. Breast are together, there is no normal separation between them, condition known as symmastia; visible implant rippling both on lateral and medial side, small amount of breast tissue covering implants, displaced nipples, etc. correction should include smaller implants, possibly placement underneath the muscle, correction of symmastia, correction of lower breast crease (IMF) and breast lift. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in breast surgery is recommended. Hope this helps.

Answer: BA results Dear Nice153977, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: In person Thanks for your question! I would suggest seeking an in person evaluation. There are a couple of things at play here, and I think revision will be your best choice. That being said, you should be seen in person to determine exactly what needs to be done. Good luck!

Answer: Why are my breasts so close together? From your photos it appears your implants are too large for the breast space. This forces them to appear unnaturally close together. The skin is thin so the ripples and wrinkles of the implants are showing through. Capsular contracture may also be present.

Answer: Malpositioned breast implants Unfortunately, your implants have been placed in the sub glandular space and placement has violated your natural sternal/cleavage point attachments. Most likely at the time of your procedure you needed a breast lift with implants placed in the submuscular plane. If you were to have revision now, you would most likely need the implants removed for 2 to 3 months and then go back and place the implants in the sub muscular pocket and have a breast lift.
