Hello I’m 4”11 145 pounds age 39 I’m going in for bigger implants and was wondering instead of stitches can they use liquid bandage. When I had a hysterectomy years ago that’s what they closed my incision with and I didn’t have any problems

Yes, you need to go smaller. I would suggest using the smooth round implants behind the muscle for a much better look. However, once the excess bulge is removed from your upper breasts, your nipples might be in a good position. I am not a fan of the gummy implants.
